ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Beth (she/her/hers) is the owner of Historian for Hire, LLC, and the sole employee of Concord Walking Tours. She loves meeting people from all over the world and makes it her mission to provide memorable tours and experiences for visitors.

Beth decided to become a Professional Heritage Interpreter (a fancy way of saying Walking Tour Guide) in 2019. After working for a number of businesses in town, including being the successful general manager of a tour company, she decided to branch out on her own and create Concord Walking Tours. Her tours focus on anything and everything Concord related - including, but not limited to, - the American Revolution, the authors who were a part of the Literary Revolution, and cemetery tours.

When Beth isn't busy guiding visitors through history, she researches and explores new options to keep her information fresh. Her research keeps her tours interesting and relevant. As a result, returning visitors discover something new every time they take a tour.

Additionally, Beth provides a separate service for those looking to answer a historical mystery as a professional historian.

Take a look at what Concord Walking Tours offers, and get in touch by texting her at 978-257-4364 if you want to work with her. She can’t wait to guide you through history.
Musketaquid
In Concord, tours occur on the homelands of the Wampanoag and Nipmuc indigenous communities who called Musketaquid home long before the colonists arrived and renamed it Concord.

On tours, before talks, and on this website - I acknowledge that the land we today call Concord was once referred to as Musketaquid by the original inhabitants of the land.
